Methods of payment: The customer has several payment options that are displayed at the end of the ordering process:
- Payment on Invoice (only within Switzerland)
- Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, Amex)
- Advance Payment (Bank transfer)
SWITZERLAND and LIECHTENSTEIN: CHF 5.– will be charged for delivery by Swiss Post with a standard B post.
OTHER COUNTRIES: CHF 18.- will be charged for delivery by Swiss Post Priority with a trucking number.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
After your order is placed, we ship within 1 to 3 working days. Once shipped, packages generally take 3 working days to arrive within Switzerland.
With international shipping, delivery times vary depending on the destination. We will send you a shipment update with a tracking number to be used online at post.ch. We are not responsible for delays, missing packages or damages incurred upon shipping.
For hygienic reasons and due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best for you. In the rare event that an incorrect item is received, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your package by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
